Action Shots: Fang's Tableside Fried Rice

Kathy Fang recently showed me how the house fried rice is cleverly prepared tableside at her restaurant, Fang, where her menu incorporates both traditional recipes as well as her own healthy California ideas. The fried rice can be made with chicken, beef, pork, tofu, fish, shrimp or veggies. The egg is added to the sizzling plate when it arrives at your table, so you aren’t deprived of that crucial sizzle.
