Spicey B has influenced me to make my own tacos for dinner on more than a few Tuesdays, just for the fun of it. I use organic masa harina from the Bay Area’s own mom and pop shop Alma Semillera and have topped with the tastiest items in my house at that given moment, which have included fresh Hokkaido scallops, rock cod, canned jalapeño tuna, canned Maine lobster and Alex’s homemade beef rendang.
