Is This Edible Dick on a Stick Too Much?

One of the most fun events I’ve attended this year so far was the 626 Night Market in Arcadia, a summer-only event slash food rave that concludes this year with a final three days on August 30-September 1. Though the grounds at Santa Anita Park were sprawling and the food options numerous, we actually drank more (non-alcoholic) beverages than we ate to combat the heat.
Everything drinkable was in a ridiculously fun sort of vessel such as a plastic big or glass grenade and there were a horrifying amount of vendors slinging electric-colored tipples in baby bottles with nipples. Yes, it’s all supposed to be Instagram-friendly, but it was just silly to see so many. Love my grenade, though.
626 Night Market is a place where you can try some of Asia’s biggest food Instagram sensations, and it would be a lie to say I wasn’t waiting for the opportunity to eat a (chocolate mousse) shar pei (with cashew crust).
And if you’re really going for IG glory and have some balls, you have to have the D-Cake by Yummy Hero!
